Dear client, When reporting your bug, please give us as much detail and context as possible so that we fully understand and can reproduce your issue. When doing so, it is also of utmost importance that you precisely rate the severity of the issue you’re reporting about. Here are the four severity levels you can choose from:
- Low: Minor issue (cosmetics, display, spelling/grammar)
- Medium: Issue that is annoying and not too frequently found, but for which there’s a workaround (minor bug)
- High: Issue that is repeated quite frequently, and for which there’s no workaround (malfunction, minor app freeze, minor functionality unusable)
- Critical: Major issue for which there’s no workaround and that is therefore a showstopper (major app freeze, app crash, major functionality unusable)
